•All fees are payable termly in advance. We regret under no circumstances will fees be refunded.

•As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness or holidays.

•An extra 10% of total fees is payable on fees which are not handed in to the principal by the first week of term. No exceptions can be made on the surcharge.

•Please note that I require half a terms notice in writing if your child/children no longer wants the class place. You will be subject to half a terms fees should this notice not be given.

•Please note that dance is a physical activity and every precaution will be taken to ensure that students safety is optimum. In the event of an injury/accident, Footworks does not accept responsilbility.

•Footworks does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items, however anything we do find will be put in lost property.

•During class physical contact maybe necessary when correcting or demonstrating.

•Footworks reserves the right to change fees or timetable without prior notice. However we will endeavour to inform Parents/Guardians of any changes as soon as possible.

•Only once the standard is attained and at discretion of the teacher will students be put forward for examinations.

•Please let your teacher know of any injuries prior to the class.

•It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical activity, please pack water for your child.

•Children under 8 yrs of age are not allowed to leave the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
